Canvass Board, duly appointed, of the City of Homer, Alaska hereby certify that
the validated absentee and validated questioned ballots were opened, counted,
and recorded at a legally authorized and convened meeting of the City of Homer
Canvass Board, held October 6, 2009 and that the results of that count are
hereon entered with the certified results of the votes counted for the precinct
polling places via Accu-Vote Ballot Tabulation System
and that the total results are recorded hereon.
