5.04.010 Applicable state law incorporated. No person shall violate any provision of this title or any applicable law of the State of Alaska, nor any rule or regulation adopted by any authorized agency of the State of Alaska pertaining to public nuisances, food, public health, public welfare and public sanitation, with particular reference, but not limited to, Titles 17 and 18, Alaska Statues, as amended, the provisions of which statutes are incorporated into this Code as though fully set forth in this chapter.
